We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant Intern to assist with personal errands, travel planning, and light administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and appointments
• Assist with travel planning and bookings
• Handle basic administrative duties and follow-ups
• Support day-to-day organization and logistics

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Spanish is strongly preferred
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and common productivity tools

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 months
• Commitment: 8–10 hours per week
• Location: Zurich (hybrid, some in-person presence required)
• Flexible schedule
