To support the organisation and management of our company archive in Zurich, we are looking for a working student to join our team on a part-time basis. The workload of approx. 20% is a guideline – there is plenty of work to do, so additional hours are very welcome. We are flexible regarding scheduling and can, for example, accommodate two half-days per week. The position is unlimited in duration.

The position is on-site at our Zurich office, as the work involves handling physical archives.

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
• Fluent in English; good knowledge of German desirable
• Precise, conscientious and reliable working style
• High quality awareness and strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused during detailed, repetitive tasks
• Independent and responsible personality
• Good organisational skills and enjoyment of structured work
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications

Your responsibilities:

• Organisation, administration and management of our company archive
• Sorting, recording and filing of documents and files
• Digitisation and electronic storage of documents
• Re-entering and capturing archived dossiers in our system
• Maintenance and updating of archive inventories and directories
• Ensuring a clear and structured document filing system
• Support with administrative tasks related to archive management
