Role Purpose/Mission:

We are looking for a Counter Manager who is willing to travel across our doors in the East part of Switzerland.

• Obtain maximum possible sales results and responsible for RS budget achievement in his group of stores.
• Support and develop sales of products in all existing collections by influencing generic Beauty Advisor teams and support them on the shop floor.
• Translate La Prairie and Chantecaille strategy, provide 360 support and assets to the group of stores allocated to his area.

La Prairie and Chantecaille Luxury Service

(Selling / high touch service and CRM)

Representing both brands La Prairie and Chantecaille, its values and vision & monitoring of target achievement and close dialogue with the Retail Manager

• Providing competent and professional advice to our discerning local and international customers on site
• Understanding customer needs through active listening
• Explaining and demonstrating the products and application methods using the La Prairie Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals
• Pampering our customers with our unique and luxurious short treatments & generosity programs
• Communicating the history of the La Prairie and Chantecaille brand, innovation expertise and brand values through storytelling
• Building a loyal customer base and actively maintaining these valuable customer relationship
• Carrying out customer loyalty activities (CRM) and collecting and maintaining customer data

Point of Sale Support

• Ensuring the implementation of our visual merchandising guidelines
• Ensure the successful implementation of the brands trade plan in his/her area.
• Organizes and hosts events and activities in partnership with the retailers.
• Report out of stock or continuous low stock as well as overstock to the respective manager and encourage orders to support both brands sell-in
• Proactively develop brands and product knowledge within our retailers by organizing training sessions on the shop floor
• In charge of Beauty Advisors and retailer brand motivation

Administrative tasks

• Provide visit reports after each store visit to the retail Manager.
• Submit monthly plannings to Retail Manager and ensure a good prioritizing of the coverage needs and support per door.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales trend per door.
• Create content to support retailers (training content for example)

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

• Profound experience in the luxury cosmetic environment.
• Language skills: German proficient and English – French and/or Italian a plus.
• Flexible and acts calm during stressful situations.
• Initiative, self-driven, curious, and ready to constantly learn and improve.
• Winning attitude and personality with excellent manners that represent La Prairie and Chantecaille.
• Highly willingness to travel national.
• Self-confident and convincing appearance, strong negotiator.
• Target and KPI driven.
• Basic knowledge of technology and its use of digital CRM
