PA to Dr. Thomas Ladner, Ladner Advisory AG & Coordinator, Entrepreneurs' Roundtable (100%/hybrid)

This is a single role spanning two organisations, and we are looking for someone who can move between them with equal ease.

Your Responsibilities — Ladner Advisory AG

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar
  • Coordinate international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
  • Organise meetings, events and restaurant reservations
  • Handle administrative and banking-related tasks
  • Prepare, format and review documents and presentations
  • Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and physical mail

The Coordinator role is for Entrepreneurs' Roundtable AG https://www.e-r-t.org

Your Responsibilities — Entrepreneurs' Roundtable AG

  • Own the full event lifecycle, from first planning steps through to post-event follow-up
  • Draft and refine invitation texts in English and German
  • Manage invitation mailings
  • Track responses and follow up on outstanding replies
  • Compile and maintain accurate participant lists
  • Keep the contact database accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with event host(s) regularly to provide regular updates
  • Work closely within a very small team, taking broad ownership of your own workstream

Across both roles you would be working closely with Dr. Thomas Ladner, Owner of Ladner Advisory AG, and Founder & Chairman of Entrepreneurs' Roundtable AG.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Highly fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Swiss passport or C permit holder
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint, with solid general IT literacy
  • Bonus: familiarity with Calendly and prior experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or similar
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet and reliable
