We are searching for new team members to join our Customer Service Team in Baden AG (100%), starting from November 2024.

Tasks

Your main responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers via email and chat – your support makes all the difference!
  • Provide 1st level support and troubleshoot issues related to our exciting range of offers, from Slot Machines and Casino Games to Live Casino and PokerStars.
  • Collaborate with game providers and internal departments by forwarding reports and feedback.
  • Verify player accounts and customer identities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Identify customer needs and offer creative solutions for improvement.
  • Manage and monitor customer deposits with precision and care.
  • Flexibility in working shifts (Mon-Sun: 08:00 - 17:00 / 13:00 - 22:00), ensuring great customer service at all times.

Requirements

What you bring:
  • A valid work permit for Switzerland (please note: no sponsorship available).
  • Clean criminal and debt collection records (mandatory checks before signing the contract).
  • Fluency in French and Italian (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Proficiency in either English or German (minimum level C1 in speaking and writing for English, B2 for German).
