That’s the job – Your main tasks:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives that integrate Real-World Evidence (RWE) and advanced analytics to demonstrate product value and enhance patient outcomes.
• Develop and execute cohesive omnichannel engagement strategies that align Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for a seamless personalized experience for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Utilize AI and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, personalize scientific and promotional content and optimize customer engagement across all digital channels.
• Architect and oversee the evolution of digital ecosystems, including HCP and patient portals to drive superior customer experience (CX) and scientific exchange.
• Drive launch excellence by creating agile, data-driven content strategies that effectively communicate the product's value proposition to payers, providers and patients.

• You are passionate about digital transformation in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• You are a highly experienced digital strategy and communications leader with a rich career in Life Sciences.
• You have proven experience working with Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders across various therapeutic areas and with the relevant technologies.
• You are fluent in English (oral and written).
• You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working collaboratively to align commercial and medical affairs digital strategies.

As the icing on the cake, you bring along

• Fluency in other languages
• Experience with GxP, regulatory compliance, and document management processes
• Certifications in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM)
• A background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within Life Sciences
