Who We Are Looking For

We are expanding our Switzerland team and need a travel professional with in-depth knowledge of the country. We are looking for someone who has already sold, planned, or traveled extensively throughout Switzerland and understands what makes it a top-tier destination.

The right candidate:

• Has professional experience designing and selling Switzerland travel, including multi-city itineraries, rail-based trips, and custom FITs.
• Understands Swiss travel logistics, including rail passes, transfers, and regional connections.
• Is comfortable working with international travel advisors to build itineraries that meet their clients' needs.
• Enjoys crafting personalized travel experiences and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Details

• Location: Remote or in-office in Athens, Greece.
• Training: Must be available for a two-week training in Athens, Greece if working remotely.
• Compensation: Competitive salary plus monthly sales-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sell customized Switzerland itineraries with a high level of detail and personalization.
• Consult with international travel advisors, guiding them through itinerary options and providing expert recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with advisors and travelers.
• Handle travel inquiries efficiently, responding with clear and well-structured proposals.
• Stay informed on Switzerland's tourism trends, hotels, and new experiences.
• Manage communication, quotations, and reporting using our CRM and booking platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least four years of experience in travel planning or itinerary design, with a strong focus on Switzerland.
• Extensive knowledge of Switzerland's destinations, accommodations, and rail system.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, as all communication with travel advisors and clients is in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• A passion for curating travel experiences and helping others discover Switzerland.
