Family Office – Financial Business Administrator job description

Job description

  • Maintain corporate records for audit purposes (physical + cloud)
  • Maintain private records for personal and tax purposes (physical + cloud)
  • Book transactions in portfolio management system (incl. post execution controlling)
  • Monitor maturities, ensuring timely rollovers
  • Prepare reports for client and management
  • Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangements, meeting minutes, payment instructions, printing, photocopying, sending emails, ordering office supplies.
  • Liaising with external partners and banks

Required skills:

  • Experience with all or some of the duties described above
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • VBA, C++ or other programming skills as advantage
  • Experience with portfolio management system or systems like Abacus, Avaloq or similar
  • Proficient user of other Microsoft office apps
  • Languages: English , Russian

Job Type: 100%

Salary: From CHF80’000.00 per year
