Team Lead – Warehouse Pfaffenau

E-wheels is one of the leading micromobility companies in the Nordics, focusing on e-scooters and electric bikes. Following a very successful first year in Switzerland, we are now expanding our operations and building for further growth.

E-Wheels Switzerland SA are looking for a young, dynamic and hands-on Team Lead for our main warehouse in Pfaffenau.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, likes to be close to daily operations, and wants to grow with a company in strong development. You will have overall responsibility for the warehouse, but you are not afraid to work on the floor together with the team.

What you will do

  • Take overall responsibility for daily warehouse operations
  • Be actively involved in picking, packing, inbound and outbound logistics
  • Ensure good structure, order and efficiency in daily work
  • Follow up inventory, stock accuracy and warehouse systems
  • Support and guide warehouse employees in day-to-day work
  • Improve routines, workflows and use of systems over time
  • Work closely with management and other departments

Who we are looking for

  • You are practical, proactive and solution-oriented
  • You understand systems and logistics flows, and like structure
  • You are comfortable taking responsibility, even if you are early in your career
  • You enjoy working both operationally and with coordination
  • You are motivated to grow into a larger role over time

Language

  • German – fluent (daily working language at the warehouse)
  • English – good working level (company language)
