Store Assistant

E-Wheels is the market leader in Norway in electric bikes and electric scooters and operates a strong and growing retail network across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Switzerland. Our expansion into the Swiss market has been highly successful, and our 3 megastores store has delivered excellent results in its first year of operation. This strong start has created a solid foundation for further growth.

We are now looking for an ambitious Sales assistants who wants to help us reach the next level and play a key role in our established store.

We’re hiring both full-time and part-time sales staff

Sales Assistants – Rothenburg Megastore

Your responsibilities:

• Advising customers on e-bikes and electric scooters
• Creating a positive in-store experience
• Supporting product displays and general store operations
• Assisting with test rides and providing basic product knowledge

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded and comfortable working with people
• Speaks German fluently (essential for customer interaction)
• Has good English skills (all internal systems and communication are in English)
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends
• Is interested in e-mobility – no prior experience needed, full training provided

You bring:

• A few years of experience, preferably within retail or a similar industry
• The ability to deliver a good cutomer feeling
• Strong sales skills
• A commercial mindset
• A hands-on approach and willingness towork hard and learn
