Retail Manager

The expansion into Switzerland has exceeded all expectations since launch, and the first years of operation have shown strong commercial performance and significant growth potential.

We currently operate stores in Lugano, Rothenburg, Wallisellen, Spreitenbach, and Bern — and we have clear ambitions for further expansion across Switzerland in the coming years.

We are now looking for an ambitious and results-driven Retail Manager to take ownership of our Swiss retail operations (PS! All stores have their own workshop) , strengthen execution across stores, and play a key role in our continued growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the operations and development of our stores in Switzerland
• Support, coach, and develop store managers and retail teams
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and high service standards
• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
• Optimize operations, routines, and workflows
• Participate in the planning and establishment of new store locations
• Build a strong culture, collaboration, and motivation across all locations

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in retail, store operations, or multi-store management
• As we ship from store it’s an advantage that you have some basic knowledge on warehouse management
• Is structured, commercially driven, and results-oriented
• Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
• Thrives in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Has excellent collaboration and execution skills
• Is flexible and comfortable with traveling between store locations
• Has strong German and English communication skills. Additional languages such as, Italian, or French are an advantage
