Part time store Assistants

Job Opening: Part-Time Sales Assistants & Mechanics (E-Wheels) – Wallisellen & Spreitenbach

E-Wheels, one of Europe’s leading providers of e-bikes, e-scooters and micromobility, is opening two new stores in the Zurich area in 2025 – Wallisellen (opening in February) and Spreitenbach (opening in April).
For both locations, we are looking for flexible and motivated part-time Sales Assistants, Mechanics, or ideally candidates who can combine both roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support for e-bikes, e-scooters and accessories
• Assist with test rides and customer inquiries
• Perform minor repairs, service tasks and assembly work (if you have mechanical skills)
• General shop duties such as merchandising, stock handling and operating the cash register
• Work flexibly across both stores (Wallisellen & Spreitenbach) – approx. 20 minutes apart

Requirements

• German language skills of at least C1 level – mandatory
• Strong customer-service mindset and interest in active sales
• Interest in micromobility and technical products
• Experience in sales or mechanics is an advantage; motivated newcomers are welcome
• High level of flexibility: availability on selected weekdays, evenings and weekends
• Willingness to work more hours during the high season (spring/summer); fewer hours available in the winter
