Productive fun workplace with lots to do, sometimes chaotic organisation and inexperienced leaders. Difficult to progress career wise if you don't have the right sponsors.You can learn a lot but the pay and benefits are miserable compared with other industries.

Unliever Thayngen verlagert 60% der Produktionsvolumen ins Ausland. Der Arbeitsplatz ist sehr unsicher.

Good company to work with but very bad Management team, as IT and HR globally. There are not roof to progress and all funtion as per politics. HR does not protect or work with people only as they wish. As working for experience, it is the best company globally.
