Me parecio muy buena la evaluación asi podran mejorar las necesidades del trabajador ya que a veces es muy estresante tanto trabajo que no va con tu puesto o ser multifuncional. También es importante ver las necesidades de la empresa ya que a veces no cuentas con todas las herramientas necesarias para un mejor desempeñó.

It's a tiring job. Wash alot of stuffs everyday. The pay wise is very little. $6.50/hr and it's like you're giving a cat to eat. Not worth it working as a stewarding at Holiday Inn.

Full of Fun and Challenges as well

Day started with Operations Briefing, Through this Job i learned how to organise day to day task, as my job was full of phone calls and meetings together with executing current event on the day. The management was very helpful and always provided tools as needed. The hardest part of the Job was to attend walk ins for conference when there was no appointments made and trying to yield the maximum revenue. The most joyous part was achieving the monthly target and celebrating with the team.

As a new joiner,have to learn alot and very good to know how to work the way of brand living and cross training.Just yearly increasement is a bit low.Cancel day of a lot but giving back to staff.Staff party is very nice and enjoy.Most of the staff are helpful.

Always busy

Constantly on my feet and always busy, which is a good thing, Never bored. A typical day begins by setting up the restaurant for dinner service, then checking the hotel floors for room service trays before dinner service begins. Once dinner service begins we wait near the entrance to greet costumers and show them to their tables. We then provide them with a menu and options of soup of the day or carvery with chef specials. Often we are required to deliver room services upstairs during our shifts. We then end our shift by preparing the restaurant for breakfast service.
