Massive passive-aggresive behaviors or simply aggressive. Unprofessional practices, no direction, no drive and a feeling that “nobody cares”. Too many politics and very complicated structure. Other than that good compensation and work-life balance.
Good compensation and work-life balance
Massive passive-aggressive culture, with accountability being non-existing and the ones that remain are those quickest to hide from the firing squad (literally!). The office are nice, the packages are good, and there are indeed a lot of nice people in the Swiss office. All makes you think that this is a great place. It isn't. Decisions are primarily made in the US, by people who don't care about anything other than promoting themselves, while keeping the team grossly understaffed to keep costs down, while telling the markets the new "operating model" is the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Solid compensation, nice offices, some good people
Blame culture, politics, lack of job security
typical day: 70% time on meetings learned: how to deal with different people, cultures and management management: conformist & lackey workplace culture: (+) people and family-oriented. (-) lackey, highly political, non-challenging hardest part: influence of hierarchy in daily life and in career progress vs. talent and potential most enjoyable: the people ps. the start/end dates are fake :)
Great overall package, great family environment, regular events
HR almost non-existent, complacent culture
